May cause symtoms : Aberrant subclavian artery ( right ) arises directly from aorta crosses behind esophagus , or in front , or front of trachea , may cause difficulty in swallowing , breathing , or even hoarseness due to compression of recurrent laryngeal nerve , is corrected by transecting at aorta & inserting to rt common carotid artery.
