6 weeks ago hurt my peroneus brevis which is more painful now afta 6 weeks of physio doing exercises and massage what can i do to help lessen the pain?

Bracing: You may need to rest and brace your peroneal brevis tendon and let it heal first. Although exercise and massage may help strengthen the muscle, your tendon may have been damaged. Lastly, if the damage is an extensive tear, you may need repair of the tendon surgically. I hope that helps. Good luck!
