A member asked:

Do most babies outgrow a milk allergy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It depends: Many babies outgrow a lactose intolerance, but some do not outgrow an allergy to milk proteins. If your baby is on a non-milk formula, your doctor may suggest a trial of a milk-based formula at some stage. Talk with your child's doctor.
