Can i drink pineapple juice to help acid reflux?

Avoid acidic foods: Pineapple juice would likely make acid reflux worse, along with caffeine, peppermint, chocolate, spicy foods, and acidic food such as tomatoes and citrus fruits. Be sure not to eat within 2 hours of lying down to sleep, elevate the head of your bed or use extra pillows. If these things don't work you could try over the counter antacid medications such as ranitidine.

I won't recommend it: .Citrus fruits including pineapple, as well as coffee, soda, spicy foods, alcohol, chocolates, tomatoes, smoking, etc will aggravate heartburn and acid reflux. Take Omeprazole and/or antacids to ease the discomfort. Take care! http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/gerd/ds00967.
