Green stools: This could result from rapid transit of feces through the intestines, or from food colorings such as in licorice., consuming iron-rich foods or iron supplements, or leafy green vegetables, taking laxatives, and if with other intestinal symptoms it can result from irritable bowel or intestinal infections. If no symptoms, no worries.
