Aneurysm , AVM: Looks for vascular abnormalities in the brain. Primarily for aneurysms, which are changes in the blood vessel secondary to weakness in the wall. Also looks for abnormal connections between arteries and veins called avm. A weak but normal looking vessel will not be detected.
