Contact dermatitis?: Sounds like you are having a reaction to the chemicals in the solutions that you are using at your new job. Would recommend trying 'platex gloves' when washing the dishes and/or asking your supervisor to use a different agent. This can become severe and risk infection. You may need to see a doctor for steroid cream or antihistamines as well as conservative care above.
