By yourself...: In many cases, we don't have medication to kill the viruses that can cause hemorrhagic fevers. Anecdotally, people have used iv-ig, but in general, your immune system has to do the brunt of the work. As physicians, we can pretty much help with supportive management only.

Naturally: There is no specific treatment for these viruses. We can only provide supportive care and if the person survives the illness the immune system will eradicate the virus.
