No: Once you have had a particular virus, you really can't 'get it again unless it mutates (changes) so that it's new. This takes time so it is unlikely it has changed from when you had it a week ago and you would still be immune.

Fever virus: Some viruses, like the common cold are easily passed from one person to another. They also can mutate and you can get a cold again. The best defense is lots of hand washing.
