I had my thyroid removed in 1981. i have taken 150mcg of levothyroxin for the past 16years. my levels are .18. a drop from 3.2 just 5 months ago.

Level mildly high: I assume you are talking about TSH levels. A level of 0.18 would indicate that your thyroid level is slightly high (the level of 3.2 would indicate a slightly lower thyroid level). You would have more stable levels if you took a brand-name thyroid med, such as synthroid (thyroxine). He generic levothyroxin varies based on which generic you receive. You should switch to synthroid (thyroxine) 150 mcg and recheck in 1 mon.
