Tissue compression,,: If you sit a lot or for a long time, you might start to hurt because you are compressing those tissues and the blood is not circulating to them as well. Therefore it would be wise to get up from time to time to allow those parts of your body to get the blood circulating to them. You might also develop hemorrhoids so if getting up does not help see your doctor. Good luck.
