Light headedness: Try different methods before and during your flight to avoid this light headedness. Avoid reading on the plane or straining your eyes during the flight. Do not eat large meals before flying or during the flight (snacks are fine and so is water). Sitting near the wings of the plane are usually more stable (less shaky due to design). Also, there's meds like dramamine (dimenhydrinate) or bonine. Hope this helped!
