I do not know: I do not know why you are getting the pains every 2 minutes, but pain and then numbness may signify a nerve being irritated or "pinched" and you should see a dr. For an evaluation to assure you do not have any vascular issues affecting you nerves in your shoulder/armpit area, or a pinching nerve as stated. Best wishes.
