Expected : There is no reason to be scared. This is exactly what one would expect. Stopping the Depo-Provera shot triggered the bleeding. Your options are to restart the shot, start birth control pills, get a Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud, or wait it out until your cycles return to normal.
