Wart vs Nevus: The lesion could be a wart as they are often flesh-colored to pink. The other possibility is a non-pigmented mole called a nevus , that can have a pinkish color especially in a light-skinned individual. Although both lesions are benign , a wart is viral and could spread , so it would be wise to have it evaluated.
