Yes: If it's quite high at this age, look for a genetic cause, and consider the possible need to specialist referral. Despite "pop" wisdom, lipid problems are mostly genetic, and food choices are of relatively little consequences. Staying physically fit may be much more helpful, depending on what's actually going on.
