A member asked:

I've got a 20 hour drive coming up. is there any way to keep good circulation in my legs without stopping and walking?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: On a drive that long you need to stop and walk around periodically to prevent blood clots. Drink plenty of fluids and stop every 3 or 4 hours to avoid fatigue which leads to driving mistakes and accidents.
