Do this:: First, you need to live healthy (no smoking, eating well, exercising). Second, see your family md regularly for a good physical exam, including skin. Let he/she order whichever screening tests are appropriate to your age and risk level. Make sure your doc knows about your family history of cancer (if you have). Be aware but don't live in fear.
