No: There is no cure for crohn's that you can take for some defined period of time and completely eliminate the disease. The condition is life-long, but is very manageable with current medical treatments, to minimize symptoms and injury from crohn's. The disease can have a waxing and waning course, and be dormant for years before flaring. Care by a gastroenterologist is important.

Unfortunately no: But there are many treatments that will put it in, and keep it in remission so that you have healing of the intestine and feel perfectly well for long periods of time.
