Some will have abdominal pain-and be confused with gallbladder or stomach symptoms. Ladies seem to have less classic// or tolerate pain better than men. Relief with Nitroglycerin is very suggestive. A feeling of impending doom, pallor, sweating suggest a bad day! heart attack s life threatening.

Angina: Angina means chest pain with exertion. Stable angina is not a life threatning. Most of the times it can be managed medically. If symptoms are becoming more frequent and longer in duration then at that time you may need to have an angiogram.
