Stress test: A stress test may create chest pain or shortness of breath. The continuous ECG tracing may reveal changes that can occur without pain and would be considered a positive test as well. Today most stress tests include a nuclear imaging study that will show areas of decreased blood flow that may reveal reperfusion areas that are also considered a positive test.

Yes it can.: As a rule, if there's significant blockage in your coronaries, you'll experience chest pain, shortness of breath and fatigue during the treadmill .Most heart conditions start in the middle age so if all the tests are normal, u should have peace of mind. Get reassurance from your dr. Don't worry, be happy!
