A member asked:

Is dietary cholesterol linked to testosterone levels?it seems zinc & fat have a large influence but i'm unable to find studies on consumed cholesterol

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: None of those have a significant influence on testosterone levels. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet. Stay healthy, lean, exercise and avoid tobacco and alcohol. Check w/your doctor.
