Is it a good idea to use anti bacterial soaps etc. or should we expose ourselves to bacteria?

Soap and water: Wash your hands with plain soap and water. There's no reason to use "antibacterial" products outside of a healthcare setting. We don't do our immune systems any good by trying to avoid all contact with bacteria, and regular soap is quite effective anyway.
