Regular soap is fine: "Antibacterial" soap is a marketing gimmick. The fact is, soaps of any kind remove bacteria from the skin surface. Their overuse can alter the normal balance of good vs bad bacteria. The problem with "antibacterial" soaps is that it breeds bacteria resistance, which confers a survival advantage. This means that the resistant bacteria will grow even in the presence of the "antibacterial" soap.
