Unclear: If you blow your nose hard, you sometimes can cause a syndrome like fainting. This is reduction of blood to the brain. Vertigo is a sensation of imbalance much like one gets on a merry go round. See your doctor for further definition of this problem. Try blowing your nose not so hard.
