See doctor.and talk: Let your doctor do an exam and take a physical exam - lab tests are only helpful if the rest fits. They confirm what is seen and heard by your doctor. If your symptoms and physical findings fit, then the tests come next.

But....: If i tested anyone who thinks they have lupus, i would be ordering many unnecessary tests. Usually, patients come in with some preliminary tests. However, lupus is both a clinical diagnosis as well as a laboratory one. You should have some clinical findings seen in lupus!
