Might help: Obviously, spinal fluid analysis helps in several autoimmune mediated disorders, such as multiple sclerosis, and also, chronic immune polyneuritis cases. If questions exist regarding one of these or even others, might be worthwhile to pursue answers via an lp.

Not likely: A lumbar puncture is only going to show if you have a current active autoimmune process causing your current symptoms.

Had lower back pain since 2018, I have done MRI's, Physical Therapy, EMG, etc. All normal. ANA was tested to rule out Lupus, the ratio came back borderline, ~6 months later with the worse pain, my test is negative. Why? Could it still be Autoimmune?
