My son has an enzyme in his urine and now has only had one very little wet nappy since he woke up at 8am u just changed him is this ok he is 21/2?

Not sure: When this question was asked and how many hours with only one wet diaper also not clear. I am also not sure what you mean by enzyme as their are many enzyme abnormalities that may show in urine. Since it could potentially be a concern i would call his primary doctor's office and send another question with number of hours without wet diaper and exact name of disorder as well as if other symptoms.
