Incontinence: Incontinence is very unusual at your age, and hsould not be the result of a uti. Please see a skilled urologist to determine the cause, especially if you are otherwise healthy.

Wetting problem: Agree with dr. Geary that wetting unlikely due to UTI unless you are permanently infected. Problem present for a while suggests has not been problem all your life. If yes, then must suspect congenital anatomic problem which best taken care of by pediatric urologist. If it developed after years of dryness must supcet neurologic problem like spinal cord tethering. U will need urodynamic testing.
