Is it possible to get aids from someone whos tested negative from aids but isnt sure?

Yes but: There is no " not sure". It's either positive or negative. Very early on, when someone gets infected with hiv, they can test negative yet still transmitt the disease. That period usually last for 10 - 14 days.
