A member asked:

What should i do if i feel as though my family may have come in contact with chlamydia from me, sharing utensils and being in contact with my urine?

Informed choices: It is very unlikely that any family member will contract chlamydia from a utensil or even "drinking your urine." the organism does not survive well unless going from one warm moist place to another, such as sexual contact. Hopefully, you completed your antibiotic treatment and whether you choose to tell anyone other than a sexual partner of you malady is now an "informed choice.".

Sex : Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease. That is the only way you can catch it. The only people who would have been exposed are people that you had sex with.
