Hopefully, you completed your antibiotic treatment and whether you choose to tell anyone other than a sexual partner of you malady is now an "informed choice.".

Sex : Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease. That is the only way you can catch it. The only people who would have been exposed are people that you had sex with.
