Breast feeding: It may be related to your breast feeding. Elevated prolactin (the hormone needed to produce breast milk) can sometimes cause irregular bleeding and in some it causes lack of a period (amenorrhea). Alot of women too think they can't get pregnant while breast feeding, so if not using birth control and active check a pregnancy test. It could be resumption of pcos though its a bit early for that.
