Imaging studies: Mri/mra are diagnostic aids which do not necessarily always provide a clear answer to the problem being investigated. That is part of the art of medicine, in which an experienced clinician is able to utilize multiple skills to investigate and solve a problem. See a good neurologist and have them advise you.
