R-r interval: An ECG has various titled waves. The R wave is part of ventricular depolarization. The r to r interval is the time between ventricular depolarizations. This is usually transposable to heart rate. The holter is a 24 hour ECG recording. An r-r interval of 1second equates to a heart rate of 60 beats per minute.
