I recently had a 24hr holter monitor test, results were "avg hr 54bpm with no significant abnormalities. " my hr is now 48bpm..should i be concerned?

No: No. Your holter said average 54 bpm, that means sometimes it was higher, sometimes it was lower. If your heart rate is 48 BPM and you have no symptoms like fainting or light headedness, it sounds like you have a young healthy heart. Congratulations.
