Reply: Any fever, abdominal pain in the right lower belly? If not then could be viral gastritis or food poisoning. Let him see the doctor so he can be prescribed medicine to stop vomiting and prevent dehydration. Avoid solid foods for now. Liquids in sips with ice chips in it.
