Diet Fads: I like the plan you have: diet (meaning low calorie, high protein diet) and exercise. This is the only true way to good weight loss that is real and permanent. The options you mention are frauds that will not bring you any real or lasting weight loss. Do not be one of the gullible people who continually look for a magic pill to do the diet work for you. These fads keep coming out to make money.
