Oral antibiotics: See your md for an appropriate antibiotic and/or culture. Topical treatments won't do much for a true cellulitis (which is bacterial infection under the skin). Iv treatments are overkill for uncomplicated infections in healthy individuals.

Antibiotics: You can take antibiotics, have abscesses drained, wash daily with hibiclens , and take bleach baths-1/2 cup in full tub of water-do 2to3 times a week-soak for 10 minutes each time. Vitamin d 1000iu daily may also help.
