Possibly: If the pregnancy occurred because the tubes have reunited and reopened enough for the fertilized egg to get through to the uterus, then you should be able to keep the pregnancy. More often though, sperm can get through but not the fertilized embryo, and an ectopic pregnancy occurs. These cannot be kept viable outside of the uterus and the pregnancy would have to be terminated.
