Relax, your baby is : Like most, she is going to show you when she is hungry. If she is sleeping, she is content. If it has been two or three hours since last breast fed, her fussiness will be a sign. If she is sleeping through the night, count your blessings!

About 2 hours: Infants feed every 2-3 hours. More frequent than that would cut into their rest time.
