What would be a typical medication for high normal heart rate, without any other complications (already do exercise/watch diet)?

Normal : "high normal" is still considered "normal". Therefore medical therapy is not generally recommended. Sometimes a more rapid heart rate is related to other possible causes e.g. Anxiety or hormonal. Discuss further with your physician.
