Facet Issues: Facet Arthropathy is an arthritic condition of the facet joints that causes pain. Facet Syndrome generally is due to pain from the facet joints but not associated with arthritis, typically seen in younger patients with whiplash injuries of the neck or extension based injuries on the back.
