Wax in ear: Wax in the ear may cause pain in the jaw. The numbness may be another issue. Get the ear wax out by using peroxide, soaking the ear for five minutes, and using a bulb syringe with warm water so you do not get dizzy while doing it. If the numbness persists or if you can not get the ear wax out, you can see an ENT doctor who can also check both problems. Feel better soon!
