Not likely: I don't think having two caffeinated drinks is going to cause you to have a miscarriage. Going forward, it is recommended to limit your caffeine intake to one drink a day.

Unlikely : Overall drinking caffeine may raise your risk for miscarriage though it is unclear why. While it a good idea to eliminate it or at least keep it to once a day, this is unlikley to cause a miscarriage. Most miscarriages are caused by genetic abnormalities that are already present around conception time and are unrelated to what you do or eat.
