Don't go HERE!: If you have the slightest concern that you have taken too much Acetaminophen / tylenol, (acetaminophen) proceed directly to the nearest emergency room, tell then what you have done, and they will handle it. If you accidentally drank a bottle of something thinking it was something else, get seen at once.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) poisoning: This involves 3 stages. Within hours of overdose, there is nausea, vomiting, pallor & sweating. Between 24-72 hours, there is liver/kidney damage with right upper quadrant pain. After that, there is multiple organ failure & coma.
