Treatment: Anxiety can present in many different ways. If you haven't already, you should see your doctor and discuss treatment options. Exercise is a good way to manage anxiety, diet changes(less caffeine and sugar), breathing exercises and cognitive behavioral therapy.There is always going to be something that will make us anxious.The key is learning ways to manage it, so it won't progress to the next phase.
