Anxiety: Well one thing you can do to soothe your stomach is to use ginger in the form of tea, crystallized ginger, slightly flattened ginger ale or in food. It is important to address your anxiety. Deep breathing exercises can help here and now. Consider cognitive behavioral therapy, acupuncture, exercise, tai chi & qi gong. See your doctor for assessment if these don't help.
