Computer chair: One with a good lumbar support. Keep the spine straight. Avoid bending forward while seated. Follow the rule of 10. Every 10 min get up for at least 10 sec. There are timer freewares available for download to remind you to get up. Also good for your eyes. There is no activity that can not wait for 10 sec!
