Do antibiotics help with acne?

Great idea: These are the mainstay of today's scientific treatment. Tetracycline 500 2x/day is often plenty, and is dirt-cheap. Acne's a serious, chronic disease that can have a devastating effect on people. Don't hesitate to use the best we have.

Mostly Topical: We sometimes use oral Antibiotics from Tetraccycline group like Minocycline but not always We more often use topical antibiotics like Clindamycine along with Benzyl Peroxide and/or retinoids for acne
