Though the chances of anything really bad are low, the first two words of your question ("i think") really says it all. Don't you want to know for sure, and also have it treated and/or removed. This is a small local anesthesia procedure and no big deal, unless you let it get out of hand. See your md. Now.

See gyne MD: The first thing is to establish a definitive diagnosis. It is more common to have a cyst along the inner lips near the vaginal entrance. It is less common to have one of the outer lips and so it would be best to see a doctor to make a diagnosis which may require aspiration, culture, and/or biopsy.
